Collection of General Data and Information
The website collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches my website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites, (5) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (8) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on my information technology systems. When using these general data and information, I do not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of my website correctly, (2) optimize the content of my website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of my information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, I analyze anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing data protection and data security, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data I process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

Third Parties
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany). Personal data transmitted through this website, such as server log data, may be processed on the servers of the hosting provider for the purpose of providing and securing the website.
The contact form and, where applicable, newsletter forms use StaticForms to process submitted form data. Information entered into these forms may therefore be transmitted to and processed by StaticForms solely for the purpose of handling the request or delivering the requested service.
Both providers act as technical service providers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
Newsletter Subscription
Visitors to my website may subscribe to my newsletter by providing their e-mail address through the subscription form on the website. The information entered into the form determines which personal data are transmitted to me when subscribing to the newsletter.
I use the newsletter to provide readers, customers, and interested persons with updates about my books, projects, website content, and related information. A person may only receive the newsletter if (1) they have a valid e-mail address and (2) they register for the newsletter. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail is sent using the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to verify that the owner of the e-mail address has authorized the subscription.
When registering for the newsletter, I also store the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of registration. This data is collected in order to prevent misuse of e-mail addresses and to provide legal protection if necessary.
The personal data collected as part of the newsletter subscription will only be used for sending the newsletter. Subscribers may also receive e-mails if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service, for example in the event of technical changes or modifications to the newsletter itself. Personal data collected for the newsletter will not be shared with third parties.
The newsletter subscription may be cancelled at any time. Consent to the storage and use of personal data for the newsletter may also be revoked at any time. A corresponding unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe directly through the website or by contacting me in another way.
My newsletters may contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a small graphic embedded in HTML e-mails that allows statistical analysis of newsletter performance. This makes it possible to determine whether and when an e-mail was opened and which links were clicked.
The data collected through tracking pixels is used exclusively to analyze and optimize the newsletter and to better tailor future content to the interests of subscribers. This personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Subscribers may revoke their consent to newsletter tracking at any time through the unsubscribe process described above. After revocation, the related personal data will be deleted. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is automatically considered a withdrawal of consent to newsletter tracking.

The contact form and, where applicable, newsletter forms use StaticForms to process submitted form data. Information entered into these forms may therefore be transmitted to and processed by StaticForms solely for the purpose of handling the request or delivering the requested service.
Cookies & fonts
This site sets no first-party cookies. The age-gate uses localStorage, which is technically distinct from a cookie and is not sent to any server.
